Realistic pay rates

Evensure Management pays realistic rates to all of its employees and competitive wages for the industry.

Holiday entitlement

The company offers an excellent holiday package to its Officers, who receive four weeks fully paid holiday each year. Evensure follows best practice by ensuring that holiday pay is paid at normal rates, and there is no loss of earnings for the period in which they are absent on leave.

Pension scheme

Evensure Management offers membership of the Company-sponsored pension scheme to all Officers who have completed one year's service. This pension scheme is organised through Lloyds TSB Bank and Scottish Widows.

Insurance cover

We have normal employment insurance indemnity taken out in respect of all employees; Evensure Management's insurance package covers Officers whilst travelling between their assignment and their normal place of residence.

Welfare and client culture

Evensure Management is a caring organisation, which actively pursues a client culture philosophy and associated code of practice. Evensure Management assists its employees whenever it is necessary, should they have personal, family, or work related problems. The senior management team work closely together to ensure that any welfare problems are addressed promptly and that newly-appointed Officers are given every possible assistance to help them settle in to their new environment with the minimum amount of disruption to both their client and themselves.

Training

In addition to the comprehensive induction and basic training course given to each new employee, the Company carries out performance monitoring throughout their service, to ensure that they become increasingly familiar with their dedicated assignment. All Officers are encouraged to undertake personal study for City and Guilds qualifications, followed by the appropriate NVQ's.

A fast and efficient uniform supply service is in operation to ensure that officers always look their best. Their comprehensive free issue of uniform includes::

• a forest green, single-breasted blazer an Evensure Management logo on the left-hand breast pocket
• two pairs of black trousers
• five pilot-style white shirts
• a forest green and black Company tie
• forest green epaulettes (for use in shirt sleeve order)
• waterproof black anorak
• a company identity card bearing photograph, payroll number and signature of employee
