24 Hour Communication Centre

The Evensure Management Communications Centre [Comms] is manned 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, and is a vital and continuous link between our Security workforce, Clients and Operational Management Team. The Comms Centre is fully approved to British Standard, SIA approved contractor and NSI Gold standards, and forms an integral part of our Head Office in Guildford, Surrey.

The Communication Centre is completely computerised, via the People Hours System. Our Security Officers, make regular, frequent and timed check calls to our manned 24 hour Communications Centre to ensure their Health and Safety at their place of work.

These calls are recorded, both by the Duty Communications Officer, and the Officer himself. Reverse check calls are also carried out on a random basis, to confirm that the Officer is not under any duress, and is in the correct location. These reverse check calls are also recorded.
